    Low country boil recipes

I'm doing one Saturday for the Ga/Fla game, big party we do every year. I've done plenty in the past, with good luck, just wanna see if anyone does something different I may wanna try. Though I like mine very spicy, I cant do that cause some of my friends dont like the heat.

    Shrimp
    Crawfish
    Baby lobster tails
    Andouille Sausage
    Onion
    Potatoes
    Corn
    Old Bay Seasoning

    Nothing fancy. Just easy.

Bout what I do, except I add lemons, and use different sausage. The meats vary, sometimes crab legs, sometimes no crawfish

    Low country boil recipes

You northerners and your low country boils, haha.

Shrimp and blue crab should be good this time of the year, crawfish is probably high as giraffe you know what.

Try to find this stuff, pretty good and not too hot. Academy I think carries it, well, at least down here

    Potatoes
    Smoked deer sausage
    Lil smokies
    Onions
    Garlic
    Celery
    Baby Carrots (like Cals peepee)
    Brussels sprouts
    Lemons

Why not make some Alligator sauce picante?

Or fry some gator? Blacken it?

Since you guys will be playing the gators!

Haha, hoping you'd chime in on this one. We usually catch crawfish in the creeks, but may not have time. Brussel sprouts?

I have eaten carp and drum boiled in this and it was good. That boil makes anything taste good.

We are in a big catfish area so we mainly fry fish in Louisiana fish fry batter with peanut oil.

Damn it man. Dawgs playing Fla. I’ve got so much son stuff this weekend. Starting tomorrow afternoon through Sunday I don’t know if I’ll get to watch the game. That’s why I have the espn app. He has soccer sat and I’m helping at an American Ninja type event. Then he competes on Sat. If he qualifies we will be headed to nationals. Check out National Ninja League. He missed qualifying by .05 seconds last year.
