Ever used a kettlebell?
I thought about using one to hold down the paper I wrote my routine on.
I just put the routine in my pocket though.

Hahaha. wow leave it to obs to find a sexual or homoerotric joke in everything
Those kettlebells are useful btw, just something about holding those giant heavy balls while working out, i think it increases test
Funny story while im at it, ahh not even sure i should say this since "im a pig" but i was in the gym and there was a girl using the kettlebells for deadlifts and she had a trainer with her, i had to take a peak on that movement and he basically saw that i was looking at her and they went to another portion of the gym... what can i say it was interesting

haha, dude im in a powerlifting gym
I'll have to post a pic one day somewhere, we have everything from strongman stones, farmers, yoke to kettlebells, dumbbells that go over 200lb and plenty of powerracks to go around, deadlift platforms, GHR, plenty of work
The interesting thing is no cardio equipment to be found (everything for cardio is broken)
They use the sleds and prowler or tires for condition or "cardio work"

Pretty sure Thor one-arm tossed a 52 lbs. kettlebell over a 19’ bar a few years back.
Clearly, anyone who touches a kettlebell needs to get on his level, or get stronger through some other means first.

I just look at the kettlebells going up to 50lb then the dumbells going up to 150 and wonder sometimes.
I did think about tying one to my leg during pull ups.
Then I remembered we have a seated pull down machine that goes to 300. For fear of someone thinking I was a crossfitter I chose the pulldown.

I have heard of some guys hanging them from the ends of a loaded bar using bands. Shit apparently does all kinds of crazy crap to smaller stabilizer muscles.
