Haven’t done it since July and wanted to know where I am.
Also, I hate myself apparently. Wanted to see just how well I can still perform while heavily depleted. Miserable as fuck, but that old “train low compete high” thing.
I’ll probably do the same thing after my second cycle as well, once some different compounds are in play and I have a better idea of which weight class I should be in. I’m not stupid enough to think Test should be the main driver for a weight restricted competition.

I have a little over a week. I’m not where I want to be. Last year I did a comp prep with lowering carbs, dehydration, etc. I am not doing that this year. I am too old to do it now and again in a month.

270. I have absurd gorilla arms and can almost scratch my knees without bending over. Makes for a decent deadlift, but shit bench, or at least one that’s going to take a lot more work.
ETA: I MIGHT be able to push more, but I train completely solo, so not having any form of handoff often prevents me from being in what I feel would be completely ideal positioning. Either way, I’ll just keep dealing with it and see where things go.

So for those going for the bulk, is it judged simply by size put on on all muscle groups? Is separation & balance taken into account (no Obs, this is NOT an anti mass-monster comment)? With GH’s help, I’ve just gotten my metabolism & appetite back & am looking forward to really eating again after this cycle.
Serious question, I’d possibly like to give this a shot if you have the competition next year. I have been trying to plan out the year already in preparation.

I know I signed up for most improved but if it’s not too much of an ask would the judges mind judging me for both categories? I haven’t cut off enough weight to really hit most improved in my opinion and being judged for both as well as any feedback I feel would really help me for future cycles. Thanks
