    Dude is up at 3:30 in the morning for first workout. He wants to workout, be showered an have first couple of meals of (7) so he can drive his kids to school.

    Damn, 4:45 kicks my ass, and there is no way in hell that I can get in a workout then.

    Plus I like the concept of the new Gym he’s supporting.

    No, it was for the Los Angeles times. That said, gear or no gear, his regiment & consistency is incredible.
