Saw unnatural shit move. Hurt like a bitch.

Pain increased over past 15 min.

Warmed up too quick threw on last 8 plates of 20 and first rep on leg press on way down it let something go.

Ican walk.
Pain is increasing.
To stand up push off hurts pretty nice.

Furious.
Want to break things
Going hypo now.
Fornicate stuff.
Hope kelkel can give thoughts

Are you using icing/heat therapy yet?
I would go see a doc asap just to check on what it might be

Get some meds if the pain is to much, if it just happened than in a few days it will hurt even more

Supposedly in 24 hours it will bruise and I will need crutches to walk if its 3rd degree.

I consider that a personal challenge though now this is hurting like a female dog.

Ony hop is a partial muscle tear and my hip had popped but this was way to distinct.

The B12 May help with relief. I have some ibuprofen 800 if you want me to send it. Some other good shit from my back operation. Just say the word and it’s on your way. I hate meds especially pain killers so I never take them.

I tore my vastus lateralis on hacks a few years ago. The bruising was deep and took a while to begin showing, maybe because my blood is stupid and had a decent amount of swelling. Heard the pop inside my head and shit slid upwards a tad. Painful, but I could walk. Kind of looked like someone took a sledgehammer to my leg in regards to the bruising.
Whenever I would lay down the blood would puddle in the back of my leg. It was about 5-6 weeks before I started getting back into much leg work, I was a tad gun-shy at first?
