Let’s see what everyone’s plan for the comp is.
I am interested because every comp I do, I go in with a plan and inevitably I always make some adjustments. Sometimes they are pretty significant

Plan-Continue my original plan. Eat a lot. Train a lot. In a few weeks I will drop the EQ and add in dhb. I might throw some slin in at some point just cuz some one gave me soem(thanks buddy!) but I won’t use it all the time.
My plan is to stay current level of BF and gain slowly And steadily like I have been. finish the comp closer to 180 is my goal.(currently 172)
I'm not running any aas this go around, except cruising on test. Taking a few sarms. My plan is recomp, nothing drastic.
I'm not doing anything special for the competition except learn to pose better. In general I'm hoping to lean out without losing much muscle. I'd like to finish the competition at 120 or so. Not currently on anything but eca and var are possible if my eat-train-sleep is dialed in long enough to give me confidence it'll be a net positive thing for me. No sense adding chemicals if I'm not eating, training, and sleeping right.
From cabin Tim-buk-nude: primary plan is to beat Familyguy. Da punk. ;-)
6 weeks of fat, happy wonderful bulk... Followed by 6 weeks of miserable, serious cutting. Drop maybe 35 pounds
Haha, been on too long. Last tren cycle got to me, had me all fucked up in the head. Luckily I came to my senses before it got to bad, but I did severely hurt a friendship with a female friend of mine. I explained to her the side effects of tren, so I think she understands....maybe
It's a peptide that increases melanin production and helps you tan, along with other benefits. I've been on it a week and have already gotten darker, with very little sun exposure
