Any camera gurus on here? Need help to buy

Thinking of buying a camera to create youtube videos for my own written comedy sketches.
Might also be used for training videos and vlog.

I have a strict budget and will buy second hand to get the most for less.

So far I've gotten stuck on Sony A5100, Sony A6000, Sony DSC RX100 m3 or m4...

Sony A5100 - great beginner vlog camera with flipscreen (selfie).
Sony A6000 - Even better camera, but no flipscreen.
Sony RX100 m3 - Like A5100, has flipscreen, takes no space in pocket but a little more expensive.

* All of them has no mic-input, so I will have to found solutions around that like an external mic.

Any advices, tips or comparison cameras will be highly appreciative!

I've been into photography for 30+ years, but only still photos, not video.
Points to consider -

How will you hold the camera? By yourself on a tripod, or your friend will hand-held? (I assume no complicated video rig)

Once your investment goes into a couple lenses, video lights, flash, triggers, memory cards, filters... you're marrying a system. It's expensive to switch brand if you need to replace your entire gear.

Lenses are often more important than camera body. A proper video light makes a huge difference too.

Don't underestimate IBIS (In body image stabilisation) for video. Huge impact on non-tripod scenes.

Olympus and Panasonic has systems with fantastic IBIS and great lenses in their micro four thirds portfolio. Slightly reduced image quality in low light compared to bigger sensors. Low light, as in indoors with no flash or video lights.

Fuji has no IBIS (except a couple big, expensive bodies)

I can't comment much on Sony, I've always been Nikon/Canon stills and lately Olympus (because huge saving in weight of gear to be carried).

I will most likely just have the camera on a tripod as mentioned or on a bookcase if I use it in the office.
I have never bought a camera for video purpose as well, but had a Nikon coolpix superzoom for nature photos.
The pictures was truy amazing and the zoom did live up to it's name, but you had to hold the button 3 sec before
shooting to get the focus to adjust.

The A5100 and A6000 had great fast focus and stabilization with the kitlens and I have the option to buy new ones.
The RX100 m3 or m4 does not have the option to change.
All 3 take great photos in low light as well for the price apparently.
The RX100 m4 has 4K video mode, but I don't know if I need that - the rest in 1080.

I can get either the A5100 or A6000 for 250 USD with extra lenses, so I feel like a should lean towards that to
have more future options until I know what I need for what I do?

I might go out on a limb here, very alone, but I do feel that for viewing on smaller devices (phone and laptop) then 60fps frame rate is more important than 4k resolution. 60 fps really makes fast moving objects smoother than 25/30 fps.
Take a look on YouTube and find a video where you can toggle between 4k/30 and 1080p/60. See for yourself what's more important for you.
4k/60 is very uncommon except for expensive rigs.

Wow, had no idea, thank you!
I found a few comparison videos and in todays view, 4K is highly unnecessary.
- Most computer, tablets or phones can't handle 4K yet.
- Can create stutter or crash the viewing machine.
- Harder to edit since you need more power and space from your computer.
- Might give you too much detail which in turn can show things you don't want.

So for the avarage Joe, 4K was not a good choice,
For pro's, then it depends as I understand it.
