    Prepare for possible cycle?

    So I've been thinking about my last post and I'm leaning towards doing what's making me happy,
    not what's expected of me.
    I haven't decided to do another cycle, but if I do it will be in Mars 2020 and I would love
    to try something other than starter dose Test-P and Anadrol .
    Get some real mass this time.

    This is the body I have now more or less, a little bit more fat on the lower part on the abs and
    a little more mass on upper body - pretty close tho.

    Legs have no definition, but I train them.
    Back starts to show since the tips I got here on F.S (thank you!)

    I'm just guessing, but I guess I'm around 15-17% bf?
    184 cm and 89kg at the moment.

    What do I need to do to prepare for possible cycle until Mars 2020?
    Should I lean down or stay consistent on a 2-500 caloric surplus as I am?
    Maybe do something entirely different?

    Thought regardless of what I do in Mars, it would be awesome to fight
    for some change!

    Use low dose tren and test. Safe and monstreous results.
    Jusr watch BP, and health should be ok.
    By low dose i mean 300 e or 250 with the aester.
    Also much cheeper than 600 primo, mast etc.
    And tren isnt faked so much.

    If your looking to add some serious mass, and your ok with going back on go for it. Do what makes you happy, unless it affects someone that depends on you like children. If you using gear doesnt have any adverse affect on loved ones, then do it. Trt is in most of our futures regardless, and its not a big deal.

    My advice differs from sils, i dont think what he outlined will achieve what your looking to do. If you have no problem with pinning test p everyday i would use that, if your more comfortable with every other day i would use testosterone phenylpropionate, add in some nandrolone phenylpropionate, and possibly an oral for somehwere in the middle to end. Then cruise on 150-200mg of test per week. Then blast away again.

    As for what to do until then, do everything you can to prepare for the cycle. I would do a 10-12 week cut, this way your real lean going into the cycle. Going from a cut directly into a bulk will essentially be like your coming off of a show, allowing your body to take advantage of the rebound. I would also deload for a week or two before the cycle especially if you haven't in a while. This way your body, and CNS is fresh going into the 8-16 weeks of intense training. That way you dont have to de load in the middle of the cycle.

    This is just a couple things that will optomise your growth. You have been training for a while, and im sure you know your body. So do what works for you, this is just something that works for virtually everyone. If you do take this approach you want to eat enough to grow, but not to much where your gaining more fat than muscle. It will put you in an optimal position to grow, you just have to be smart about how much you eat.

    I would keep the cycle around 8-10 weeks, then cruise and repeat. I dont think cycling is optimal, but if thats all your comfortable doing shorter cycles are easier to recover from.

    With your body right now id consider a lean bulk sorta like im doing but you’re leaner than me. Im doing 50 mg of tren a and mast p eod, and test p at 100mg eod along with my 160mg trt dose. Ive gained 5-6 lbs of clean weight since thanksgiving week. No ai or any anti e needed so far im borderlining it but damn i feel strong without it.

    What im saying is i like low dose tren test and mast it gives me could results rather quickly. I feel super energized, confident, fuckin pumps are insane ( carb loaded) i just love it starting to get that 3d look on my back and delts.

    Ive never used npp but ive heard good things, also heard it didnt do as much as they had hoped.

    Great, thanks guys! I've been interested in both Nandro and Tren , Tren being the one that most speak highly off around me but can have some serious
    sides. I have high BP naturally, but I think I could handle it - which one do you guys prefer and recommend
    if I have 3 months to spend?
    After that I won't be able to keep any gear before August again.
    Love Test P and have no issues pinning everyday, don't like it, but heck - takes a few minutes.

    The tren im on right now is hands down the best AAS i ever have taken . You will know good tren from bad as i have seen good tren fucking works and i mean you can SEE and FEEL this shit work. I havent done many tren runs, I always pin tren A in case i get in a bind. You have a good physique it would put lean mass on you.
