    Blood work

So I've got my blood work from the day I was released from the hospital
    Thry tested

    I had high rbc 6.02x10(6)mm3
    Rdw-sd 45.1 FL
    Sgot/ast 53u/l
    Sgpt/alt 56u/l
    Ck total 1,162

    Low
    Bun 2.9mg/dL
    Glucose 69mg/dL

What can I do to increase my bun and total protein

What can I do to lower my highs?

What does gfr non African American of >60ml mean?

Well if you actually trained and broke some of your muscle tissue down your BUN would eleveate along with GFr but you have to train something first. You’re also not carrying much mass thats why it appears lower
