over the years I've built a data base of bodybuilding books, articles, etc and stored them online.

my internet is absolute garbage right now and barely works . but if anyone is stuck at home like I am in self quarantine going crazy (fuck on top of it we got 5 inches of snow and its freezing outside here and going outside sucks too), I'll send you books. things to keep you busy at home.

not exactly sure how to get this done ,, just saying I have lots and lots of books and research stuff that I can share somehow.

I read Arnold's encyclopedia of bodybuilding. I made notes while I was reading. Thread reminded me I should check up on it.

I love the history so even if books have outdated information it's still fun to read.

Shit, I wish I had reliable Internet. We live in a black hole. Satellite TV is unreliable, no cable TV, too far from a switching station for DSL, cellular service is marginal, and as I'm coming up the driveway from the road, my SiriusXM fades in and out

I've "hoarded" them all over over the years, pun intended (hoarding is now a crime eh)

Anabolics - William Leweylln (thats an AAS 'bible' that costs like 80$)
Chemical enhancement , building the perfect beast - A Rea
Dan Duchaine books
steroid handbook
mike Arnold articles
etc.
I got tons (100s) of books and research pdf saved over the years on bodybuilding and AAS



on a side note , Almostgone, your internet is probably been that way for awhile cause where you live ? I normally have super high speed Internet and pay for 100g service. right now its nearly unusable for the most part . also my phone service is total crap as well and can barely get a text message through .

Yep, always crap. The wife called 911 one day years ago because there was some guy beat to hell lying out in the driveway. I was in town taking my Mom home from dialysis. I told the wife to go inside with the dogs , (we had 3 mastiffs at the time), deadbolt the door, grab a pistol, and keep it on her until I got there. If anyone comes through the door, drop them.. County LE couldn't find our place

I sped home and found a blood trail and eventually the LE from the nearest small town ( population ~ 1,200) led the county LE to our place. It was a total clusterfuck.

Absolutely no confidence in our 911 system. My Mom lived about 35 minutes away in a town w/ a population of ~ 27,000. You would think their 911 would be a tad better, but nope. I got off work and went by to check on her one morning and found her dead on the floor. Called 911 and I'll be damned if they didn't go to the wrong address. Instead if xxxxx.drive, the went to xxxxx avenue. Again, another total clusterfuck.

I've always been a reader and collected books for most my life.. I've got tons of actual print books on top of the 100s of online books I've collected as well.

I regret not buying the magazines like Muscular Development when I was younger. Would be nice to have a piece of history. Some of those issues are worth a decent price.
