Added a new family member yesterday, hadn’t planned on it but fell in love pretty quick with this dude.

Had to share, I know this a dog friendly lot. Haven’t had a big dog since my mastiff Delilah passed away almost 8 years ago. Seemed like the right time.

We're in/support the MCOA rescue program, so we try to stay prepared to provide a good home and evaluate rescues for future owners.

Love all three of those breeds! Can’t go wrong. I wanted an older rescue but wanted my boys to experience life with a puppy and growing up with him.
I’ve had three rescues, two that were older English Mastiffs and they were just the best! Their longevity sucks, but the man they are just joyous!

Man Booz he has grown since the last pic you posted of him! Wow! Almost 70 lbs at 8 months old! He a Big Boy for sure! I weighed my big head Bully a couple days ago and he is 75lbs at 2 years old. I’ll admit to having some trepidation about getting a second dog. I have to say it’s the best damn decision I’ve made in so long. This little dude has brought me so much joy and happiness and just playing with him, petting him and just hanging out with him is such a stress reliever.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a full time job and it’s like having a baby, but holy shit I love this dog. Smart as a whip too...already pottying outside, sits on command, knows his name and comes when he’s called. Ya, I’m exhausted from getting up with him in the night and you don’t dare turn your back on him, cause he’ll be chewing on the furniture, lol. But a quick redirection and he’s back playing with his toys (which litter my house, lol). The whole family is enjoying him, and our little dog loves having him around too, they’re already best buddies (that is until he tries to climb in my wife’s lap and then the little dog quickly reminds him that it’s her spot).
If you’ve been on the fence about getting a second 4 legged friend, just go do it! There’s a reason they’re “man’s best friend”. I’ll admit it, I’m crazy over this damn dog!
