Saw that recently. Great concept and truthful. I'm older than most here and this lifestyle definitely keeps you young both mentally and physically.

There was something about his commitment to a single goal though that got me. When he looked at his daughter afterwards with his teared eyes, it really struck me.

Man, wasn’t going to say anything because then I’d have to admit that almost moved me to tears. Love that stuff and makes me think about getting older and how important it is to take care of yourself. Lots being said in that snippet without saying anything...

Like the movie, the wife and I each retire to our same chairs each evening and chat about the day. The beginning of Up had me so inconsolable, I couldn’t watch the rest of the movie till 2 days later.

TY Charlie. Lol, my bum shoulder restricts me from that movement with the kettlebell, let alone a child. My version of that would be me attempting to lift her and us both tumbling into the Christmas tree & the mother screaming at me to act my age.
