Cool Anybody else experience a Kundalini awakening?

    Kundalini, the undeniable truth.

Anybody else have an insane blast of energy from their spines to their brains? Anybody else have energy coursing through their energy centers(chakras).

To those that disbelieve this - it’s real - I swear my reputation by it…and it’s a total game changer once you raise the energy to your brain.

I realize it’s rare…but I figure there must be someone that’s lived a similar lifestyle to myself and have their kundalini awoken.

    P.S mine was drug induced

I've experienced an 'electric shock' over every square inch of my skin, it lasted about two seconds. I was at a Buddhist meditation centre and I was on Day 9 of a silent meditation retreat.

Before I got the shock, I felt a flutter down around my stomach and it slowly rose up through me, swirling a little, then it reached the top of my head and I felt pressure in my head, then more pressure, then more pressure, then something just 'popped', and a memory came into my mind while I felt the electric shock. Not sure if that's what you're calling 'kundalini'.

The time I hyperventilated in a meditation hall was way more eventful though.

For me, before the blast up the spine (AKA full awakening) it was electric sensations all over my skin, and vibrations.

Kundalini can be raised through the spine upwards, or through the stomach upwards like you described. I am lucky enough to have both working synergistically. It’s unbelievable at times.

I read that the tingling electrical sensations on the skin is the stepping stone to a proper full blown awakening, but it may take years. For me, it took 2 years.

Most Yoga instructors preaching Kundalini are full of it. Most people that said they’ve experienced a Kundalini awakening are full of it. Most of the information online is BS.

A Kundalini awakening is something hard to comprehend and modern western science doesn’t really recognize it. Most people therefore think it’s some pseudo Eastern crap that isn’t real.

I’m just saying that what I’ve been through and what I got going is legit as it gets.

From a bodybuilding perspective Kundalini is definitely something which should be made aware of as it increases Strength & Endurance, especially when it is raised to the brain and gets the whole body system opened up.
