Major swelling after brachialis injection

I had a brainfart about two days ago and thought it'd be a good idea to pin 1ml of 200 mg of primo in each of my brachialis of my biceps and 200 in my delt.
That was Friday by Sunday I couldn't even barely touch my chest with my left hand as my left arm had swollen all around my arm.
I could no longer see my bicep vein and my tricep isn't as visible either.
It's hot to the touch but no fever or anything.
The funny thing is is that my right arm is the one where I did the delt shot also and it's not nearly as tight and swollen as the left..
I've done bicep pins before with highly concentrated primo but never in the brachialis part.
Should I be concerned or chalk it up as being a dumb shit and wait the two weeks it usually takes pip to calm down.

Be concerned. Cellulitis is no joke. Hopefully it's just a knot and not infection.
Ibuprofen and ice . If it gets worse visit emergency care or if u see red streaks
