    Elevated liver enzymes

    Hard hernia surgery on the 1st. Got kinda constipated . Could it be from surgery and Constipation? Noticed My poop was kinda yellow looking last week. Went from the 1st to the 7rh without pooping .
    Ast 31
    Alt 133
    Alk phosphate 169

    Should I worry?
    Recently went to high protein diet
    Only supplement I take is melatonin 10mg and Tylenol sinus as needed

    Also sodium levels were 128 ( normal 135 + )
    Co2 was 18
