Advice about the physicist
This guy is an acquaintance of mine, I talk to him a lot every day and he told me that he is about to compete in a month, that is, there are four weeks until his competition. I asked him how his preparation was going and he told me that he is having difficulty making the cuts on his quadriceps appear.
This photo he sent me exactly three days ago, as I don't understand much about bodybuilding in a technical way, I came here to ask for your opinion on what he can do to improve this physique, since there are exactly 4 weeks left for the competition. How he looks now and how he looks after a spray tan session will be very different.

Will he be able to do without this water in his legs on the day of the competition, which will be October 9th?
He is currently 194 lbs and in the photo told me he is 9% body fat currently. I don't know if he's even right! His plans are to lose 7lbs of his total weight to reach 5% body fat on competition day. I think it's very aggressive and you? This could make lose a lot of LBM, agree?

Why is he only worried about his best body part?
In 4 weeks he will need to drop 15lbs of fat and water to be 6% or so, this should be easy.
