    what funny is his parents are now suing the people who released the tapes, saying it caused their pudgy performer to be ridiculed at school and where ever he goes

    funny thing is, there is no way this kid could have ever gotten this type of publicity in any other lifetime - he should do what the tough do - get an agent, do the talk show rounds, loose 50 lbs on hydroxycut and make the most of it

    I read that about the lawsuit...but it's only for 100K!! The kid is in an institution!

    There is also a petition going around to get George Lucas to put this kid in the next SW movie. Wow huh!?

    some of the people who put together the remix already helped to raise money to buy him a 30gig ipod and like $2000 worth of gc's at some computer store. but his parents are suing cuz he had a nervous breakdown or something.

    And before that tape that kid wasn't ridiculed, picked on and so on? Come on... look at him... besides anyone who would do such a tape at his age has a few issues to deal with.

    Gimme a break... It's the kids own fault for making the tape in the first place... if he didn't want people to find it, he shouldn't have forgotten it in the video camera or machine.

    I feel bad for him being harassed in school for being a loser, I do not have any pity for his stupidity at making and "losing" this tape. If you're going to act like a retard in front of a camera, expect people to make fun of you.
