I'm probably the weakest in on AR.
Bench: 250
Squat: 300 (I suck at squatting.)
Don't do deadlifts yet.

at my peak, about 5 weeks ago
5'9 160
247 1/2 bench (new max 255!)
275 squat
335 dead
I'm a little topheavy.
anyway, i hate to ask this, but i haven't gotten much input on my final peroid of time before i pop my cherry. My pre-cycle workout/diary at
http://anabolicreview.com/vbulletin/...threadid=65374
could use a little feedback.
cheers

i get those odd number weights because in powerlifting you use kilos.

I couldn't even tell you because after I injured myself powerlifting I train for aestetics (sp) now. I weigh 215 right now and I bench 275 for 6, but don't go above that and squats I just do lots of reps with 225... forget deadlifts, that's the reason I have lumbar problems now!

Well I know I'm not the strongest, but I don't care to be either. My bests are
Bench- 405 lbs
Squat- 705 lbs
Deadlift- 655 lbs
Of course that was when I was competing in college in powerlifting at 232 lbs.

Hopefully you didn't get scammed.. Make sure to run all your sources by the mods. Goodluck clock!Last edited by chrisAdams; 09-26-2003 at 12:33 AM.
