    remeber me???

    Hey all what the hell is up????

    I dunno if anyone remebers me. I just got an email remninder about a thread the other day.... i was like shit i have not seen an AR thread in a year or so. so i had to click on it.. all my memories of days of training heavy came back to me. Wella nywaty i have missed the gym greatly. ihave moved down to an apt in cranberry, nj..... there is one gym aorund there which is more expensive then an NYSC I really missmy deadlifts and all. i miss the gym... its just sooo hard to get around without a freakn liscenc4e.... then i also work late so no one really wants to wait for my ass yahknow...

    Anyway hope everyone is doing well, and i already fell happier with this post... thsi is like therapy for some poeple

    Darkknight....wtf is going on bro...man I haven't seen you here in a long ass time....alot of the OG's have left the sight or have not been on for sometime....however, it is good to see a post from you....you should hang around some more....

    And don't feel so worried about the lifts....the gym will always be there....
