    How the hell is everybody doing??!?! DAMN I can't tell you how much I have missed this board!! I know I have a lot of catch-up reading to do, I just wanted to shout out to all my AR bros...

    So what have I missed?!? somebody sum it up in 20 words or less for me!

    Hey Big tex ol buddy! how ya been! I got buried on a project at work and was pulling some serious hours. but it was worth it, made a pretty decent bonus $$$$. BUT the bad thing is my work outs also suffered tremendously so I have a lot of work to do! part of that Bonus check is going toward a big fat cycle.. I can hardly wait, but I'm going to hold off a few months and get back in shape first,,, if I start cycling now it would be a waste.
