effective weight loss cardio exersizes?
i only know of walking.... i dont know anything that is effective.. i know ski jumps work good (keep both legs together, bent jump over a line and back) or jumping jacks maybe? but what is REALLY REALLY effective.. and what suppliments would i want to get? and should i continue to drink my whey shakes? and what should i throw in my diet lol i could go on forever... im gonna do cable side raises for my obliques or whatever and leg lifts for my gut..

Would you guys say that running for 30 min is better than an hr bike ride in the morning on empty stomach in the morning for weight loss?

For me its a good brisk 2 mile walk or a run/walk (walk about a hundred yards run about a hundred yards) in the morning.

45-60 minutes at 65-75% max heart rate on the treadmill.. goodluck
