the best thing to mix protein with!
my freind told me that drinking sunny d with vanilla protein was the best way to do it, and i was kinda ehhhhh about the whole idea. but i tried it and it is the absolute best way to drink it. it actually tastes good! i couldn't beleive it. i dont dread protein shakes anymore, i actually look foward to them. it tastes like a creamsicle. i am so pumped up about it. i dont even like sunny d but when you mix it with vanilla protein it is awesome! im sure im not the only one who knows about it, i just wanted to share. try it out.

a little high in sugar for me...but i bet it tastes great...what the hell, i'd give it a shot

been there doen that.. orange juice and vanillia protienb is the sma ething.. after a fe wyou get sick of them.. i think its cause the hgih sugar.. makes my stomach feel liek turds...

I've tried tons of things. You get tired of them all after awhile. I just always drink them with plain water. Strawberry, Vanilla and Choc. It's just fuel at this point.

To make any shake taste good.... add a double serving of crystal light rasberry.... so good.

thats sounds good with the sunny d but i think i would spend more time shittin from that then lifting. i can't stomach things like i use to be able to. extreme pro mass and water works for me.

Its most likely because of the high-dosage of sugar in it. After awhile it tastes like every other good protein shake. I just drink it in 8oz of milk mixed with two scoops of Hydro-whey, its about 54grams of protein a shake. Sometimes i'll mix that up with a bananna, some oatmeal, and a couple scoops of peanut butter, it tastes pretty good to me. Some people don't see how I can stand the taste though

milk, duh. chocolate protein powder + milk = tastes exactly like chocolate milk...=)

Right now I mix my protien w/strawberry banana frusion smoothie(1/2 serv.=5 oz.).....even that is starting to get old....might have to try the rasp crystal light and the sunny d mixes.

Drinking protein that taste good takes too long. It is so easy to mix it with a little water or milk and just slam it.

i didnt even read to see if any one even put this one... Fat free milk, chocalate myoplex, heaping scoop of low fat peanut butter, and a little bit of ICE.
U got ur self a fuckin reaces peace.
O and by the way i know im the worse speller on the board...

i never drank it for the taste... this is more serindipity (spelling, i know) its not really that much harder to pour some juice out of a container. damn i was just saying that it tastes good. wtf is the big prob. i never really cared if it tasted bad. but it makes it a lot easier if it dosen't taste like shit. it seems like a couple of you guys would rather have it taste horrible like usual. instead, how about you mix it with sewage! thats the way to do it!

i prob wouldnt take all the time to add all sorts of stuff, but it dosent take to long to just add juice. no prob anyways.

Two of my favorites:
Chocolate Banana Smash
1 scoop of Chocolate protein powder
1 1/4 oz Irish Cream
1/4 oz Vanilla Extract
1/2 oz Light Cream
1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 Medium Banana
1/2 cup Ice
1 oz Chocolate Syrup
Blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. Add a cherry and small banana slice.
or
1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
1 1/2 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. Amaretto
1 1/2 oz. cream
Pinch of ground nutmeg
Ice
Mix all ingredients, except for spice, with ice in a shaker and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle nutmeg or cinnamon on top.
If these don't work for ya just plain old scoop of protein and 1 can of beer then
