    Shit I do but I just gave my parents the brochere George sent me so they could order me some posters for Christmas. I think he got rid of his website so you may not be able to get them online anymore. If I can remember I will have my parents send me his address and you can right him and ask for the brochere. You'll probably have to PM me or bump this thread because they won't be back from Florida for a few days.

    I have no idea about specific pictures by Butler. You may want to check out www.deja.com which is the google groups, if you're lucky, someone has posted related info there.
