big ol, i need some leg help. My right leg is much weaker than my left, still, even after therapy has concluded.. so i have to go with light weights still.. you got any ideas so i can kill my legs without going heavy?

single leg presses... just keep the weights light .. and if you wanna blast em.. go single leg presses 20 reps.. superset with single leg extensions 20 reps... Originally Posted by chrisAdams

shit last week my training partner comes limping in on leg day.. "spained ankle".. " I cant do legs" ...
BULLSHIT!! I tell him.. shit you can do leg extensions and leg curls... "Thats lame.. I wont get a good workout dong just those 2"... I think thats the last time he'll ever doubt me
