I don't even know where to start...

I'm a huge huge fan of Disturbed (Down with the Sickness, Stupify, Devour, Rise, Mistress all great workout tracks)

Godsmack (Awake, I Stand Alone are my favorites)
Chevelle (Closure, Send the Pain Below, The Red)
All of Linkin Park songs are great for feelin the pump.

Marilyn Manson, Deftones, Tool, Limp Bizkit and Trust Company are also bands you should check out.

Of course, I cannot forget Metallica, the kings of hard rock (Enter Sandman, St. Anger, Sad but True, Am I Evil)

Right now LP...Numb. I used it last week during an arm workout and...whoa nelly!

I can't believe that I agree with Chris on this....anything by TCM or Tool... really works well for me.

    Red,

Here’s one you have to download. Korn “Right Now.” Doc M is the only one who’s mentioned Korn. Just listen to the lyrics. “Why’s everything so tame? I like my life insane. I’m fabricating and debating who I’m gonna kick around.”

Linkin Park’s “Nobody’s Listening.” There are other more amped LP songs, but that one has a back beat that I find I get tranced and I feel psycho. Korn “Right Now” is my number one though.

i usually listen to rock when i lift to get pumped but some rap songs do it to.
static X- the trance is the motion, i used to work at a titty bar and one of the girls i used to bang would dance to it.
somewhere out there, i can't remember who sings it but i saw it in the previews for xXx and vin diesel was kickin somebody's ass so it made me pumped
    slayer-divine intervention, it's just psycho
tupac and biggie- runnin, it's not bad
50cent- i can't remember the name of the song, but in his part he calls himself "silverback gorilla of the concrete jungle" silverbacks are f***in beast so it got me pump.
    i can't remember the other **** that i like.

    Holy shiet bros!!!!

I freaked out at the gym today! The kid who was working there had GOOD music on the PA!

I thought it was a fluke when I walked in and heard KISS, but then followed Ozzy, AC/DC, old Van Halen, Alice Cooper... some Bloodhound Gang, BT, Chemical Brothers... DAAAAAM!

Barely used my MP3... I guess the kid will l ose his job when the little old ladies complain

If I'm PL'ing then a hardcore metal tune works for me but for regular workouts I need something with rythym, a slower paced beat to contract and flex and keep my concentration on form and function.
