    My Rant

    Sorry for the rant i just gotta get a few things off my chest here.
    Here i am In my GYM (****TY YMCA) working chest on the flat bench, when some fat old guy comes in and trys to start telling me how to lift. I remain calm and Humor him by listening. anyways he goes over and starts doing Alternate curls and i go back to benching, I put on two more 25 lb weights to make it 275 lbs. The old man comes over and asks if i wanted a spot and seeing as how no one else was around i said sure and explained to him how i wanted to be spoted.
    I get 3 reps in a i start to slow down a bit. well the FECKER grabs the bar and starts lifting 70% of the weight, i tell him dont let me do it only help enough for me to get it up if it isnt moving, well he then pulls the bar back at the peak and racks it on me. jesus was i pissed.

    Their is nothing more that i hate when some guy or woman comes in that doesnt look like he has worked out a day in his life and trys to tell me how to work out.
