Since we have no dumbells over 65, I have no idea how to compare these lifts. I would like to see both barbell and dumbell numbers for comparisson.

i don't do flat dumbell b/c it's a very unnatural motion for me. I do incline with 95's for 8 if i'm fresh/having a good day.. and incline flies with 70's.

Man you boys are some big ass dudes...when I was cycling I was able to do 125s both incline and flat...however, I took a long break after ****in my should up...now I do 90s...on my last set..which means I start lower...I am sctually heading more towards the cut look...so I do more reps lower weight.

You all are impressive lifters...IMO I doesn't matter how much weight you lift...just being in the gym is good enough...we'll all get to the heavy weights...someday...lmao

My golds gym only goes up too the 150's and I was getting them for 15 on flat so I have't done them in a year. But on incline I can only do the 140's for 8 . I Want to start training at Golds Bev Francis though bc they have 180's and want to give those dumbell a try lol
