Hoss is competeing !!!!
Nothin big, just a lifting competition for the sophomores in my school, it helps to raise money for new lifting equipent! The sad thing is...its only squat maxout, and benchpress maxout...No military press, or LEG PRESS, or calf raises, or deadlifts... So since hoss has allready mastered the bench press, i'm going for squat...Last time i maxed was 405, but now im back down to 375-385...I slacked on squats a few weeks, had the flu too.
Forgive me big 'ol! ...only competition I gotta worry about when it comes to squats, is brant, and my friend jerrod...Jerrod wont do much in squats, tore the ligaments in his knee, shattered the growth plate in his leg, from football...Brant on the other hand, is one of the genetically gifted bastards whom is naturally strong, eats the ****tiest food, and only lifts at school, and the bastard is still strong and big...I want him to loan me some DNA ....lol I'll take some pictures from the competition, and post em...and if i win, i'll have a nice big trophy that i'll get a pic of me with it posted on AR. Wish me luck guys! I WANT THIS BAD!!!!!! lol Any advice you guys could give me to get my squat up?

A picture with you bottoming out on a squat and something that proves you won with a 405 squat. I'm calling bull**** on this one. When do you have time to lift between ****ing fat girls, learning the finer points of throat punches, nearly dying of cancer, pimping your mom and your girlfriend having strokes/heart attacks/polio/ebola?

Here is some advise.invest in some knee wraps they wont help that much but they will do....
Given the fact that i have never seen you lift or that i dont know if thats your real max but here is what i would do........
Warmups are important:
135x8
185x5
225x5
275x3
305x2
First attempt(always open light)
335 lbs
second
355 lbs
Third(maby a little more, depends on how you feel)
375 lbs

50 is telling himself that hoss could possibly win, only is brant has the runs that day and ****s down his leg, thereby dropping the weight...can anyone else refer to themsleves in the 4th person?

make sure the picture is from behind and to the side so we can see both the angle of your legs and the number of plates on the bar.

Keep this up top till the comp lol. Hoss has a way to get out of everything he says. I think the first post i read from him was that he had cancer and then suddenly it wasn't cancer but he was going to chemo for it but now he's perfectly ok.
