Alright so I talked my mother out of the Shadow. Now I have to look for something else. Anyone know of a good place to find cheap cars? I am not trying to pay more than $2,000. Thanks for the inputs.

That looks good for the money bro, When you go to look at it, check all the fluids, make sure there is no water in the oil, make sure the trans fluid is red not brown, check the radiator fluid, make sure it is neon green, and not rusted, and topped off.. find one loaded up, make sure A/C works, heat of course, PW/PL.. Always take a look at a few cars, try the lowball, offer him cash money but go low.. Point out flaws in the paint, tires, noises, etc. This will make him drop the price.. Ask if it was ever hit, and is the title salvaged (this will make a difference in resale, also insurance)

Just an idea, they made that car with a V6.. A lil quicker, and higher resale value
