Since the mods all seem to congrue here I thought I could ask a simple question.

I noticed that there is a no flame policy supposedly applied for those who post here-but for some reason swolecat doesn't seem to adhear to these rules.

Sure he is offering marginal advice to sell his memberships and I am sure that profits the board as well. However, to think that he can be rude and incessantly break the rules to all those that do not agree with him...seems rather unfair. Dontcha think.

This quandry has been asked by myself before to a mod or two and the answer is as follows, "Well, swole just seems to have a swole head at times and we haved pmd him on this." But in contrast if I stick up for myself against his attacks I am threatened to be banned, and further humiliated by the mods.

Are you guys just afraid of him, or is it just for plain monetary gains?

No problem. A while back I disagreed with him on some of his stances regarding other dietary programs and he went balistic and starting threatening me and everything else.

I then defended myself and Ron banned me and swole continued to insult and flame me behind my back. Then I get reinstated and every-I mean every post of mine he and his pack flame the crap out me. I have pmd the mods and nothing seems to be done-except more harrassement by swole.

It really doesn't bother me alot, because I trully believe I am more intellegent than he is. But there really should be a more even keel to the rules.

I told you that if you could point us in the direction which would show Swole as the instigator, reassessment of the situation could be considered. You do not do this.
