    In ten words

    OK I was thinking about this last night as I was talking to my brother about weights and training and supplementation.I thought if I could some everything up int ten words what would I say?

    So the quest is in ten words no more sum up the advice you would give.Maybe we could then put into a post with the persons name beside it and stick at the top so newbies can read it?You can post more than one just not over 10 words!!
