my diet of death
I weighed myself Friday morning and was 215(very proud). Went to the gym and fealt extremely weak. Worked out for two hours and thought I was going to die. Got home and low ande behold I had the stomach virus. After 16 hrs of spewing from both ends and sleeping for two hrs. I wake up this morning and I am 202. Thats a lot of wieght to lose in one day.
I would not suggest this to anyone but I do hope a couple of bastards here get it.

It's just water weight, You don't throw up lean muscle.. You get dehydrated so fasttttttttttttt when you blow chunks.. Slam some gatorade, and get urself rehydrated!!!! you'll bounce back..

After eating five and six meals a day, going one day without food almost killed me. I ate this morning and looks like I am better just not a good appetite.
On a positive note, my abbs look pretty good.

I ate my ass off Saturday night and all day Sunday. Got up this morning and was 202.
I am so pissed off. I know everything will be fine, I just need to rant a little more.

Dude, I thought I was ****ing going to die. I almost laid on the floor and cried. I laid around and took hydros and ate for two days.

i still dont understand how people work out for 2 hours? I do 20 sets per body part with 30-60 se resnt inbetween so thats 40 minutes and i have 20 minutes left to hit on old women who need/want to get laid..

I don't know E. I work two body parts everytime I go to the gym.
If I only did chest I could get out in a hour.

it takes me a while to get out of the gym....i take my sweet ass time with what i'm doing......i try to give my muscles some rest before i shock the sh*t out of them again.

the same **** happened to me this weekend, i was 212 on friday night, i messed up because i didn't really eat sh-t all day, couldn't eat meat i'm not a perfect catholic but it makes up for the rest of the things i do. i went out to some club to meet up with some girl and i drank alot. so the next day i was pretty dehydrated and i had the sh-ts all day. i went to work that night and was tryin to get cut early, if i would of gotten punched in the stomach i would of had a little accident. thank god for pepto. i'm 202 now
