Which WWE Pro Wrestler is best built?

I use to train with trish back in 96 and 97, I worked at this gym called strictly fitness. She would come at night and when she needed spots and help with things in the gym, I would go and help her. I was 18 or 17 so you can imagine the things that would be going threw my head at that age, especialy helping her do squats

But one thing that let me rember her the most was that she is a very nice women and intelligent. She was going to york unversity, doing her fitness modeling and promoting herself. Great girl.

Triple H let it all go for a while there. I even saw a sign a couple months back on RAW that said, "Not Triple H...FLAB!" Ouch!

Apparently he took it to heart...This was Monday night's RAW. Wow..

pound for pound i have to say Chris Benoit look at him think of all the work he had to do he may have used alittle juice but most of it was hard work unlike them really big guys who pumped full of juice from age 19

I think Buff Bagwell had an awesome body about 4 years ago. Those were his WCW days before his big neck injury.

A wrestler that is looking really good these days compared to a few years ago is Konan (nWo about 4 years ago). I saw him on an IWA show about a week ago and he looks diccccccck nasty compared to his bloated fat ass look he was sporting for Turner.

One of the WWF's best bodies of all time would have to be the British Bulldogs about a decade or so ago. His body was ahead of the time in the sport.

I think the british bulldog had the best physique of all time. ithink at his peak he was about 275-280 and pretty well proportioned.

I actually met a few of the then wwf wrestlers when the came to Aust in the eighties. I stood in a que all afternoon with my hulk ' say your prayers and eat your vitamins' poster (haha) for it to be signed but he wasnt there. Junkyard dog signed it, I was only like 12 or so at the time and Junkyard Dog ddn't have the best physique but he looked huge he would have been about 285

The rumour is apparently that the new unspoken policy for wrestlers will be that they have to be at least 6'1" and weigh at least 225.

steiner, HHH, cena, goldberg, lesner, eddie gurrero use to look good, rey mysterio use to be jacked for a lil guy, benoit was in good shape, savage looked good at one point, kane had big triceps, lex luger was big as hell, bagwell looked good, the ultimate warrior was my fav when i was little and he was a big mofo, and who can forget hogan with those 24" pythons

Seen Cena on the discovery channel during a wrestling take. he must have had about 18 or 20 plates on a 30 degrees incline leg pressing them.

HHH i have no doubt he bulked up just to keep up benoit would have beat his *&$ senseless and countless others that have as they had been getting huge the last year something.

Chris Benoit, John Cena, and Ken Shamrock all have awesome proportions in my view.

HHH had it for a few months, but he is getting flabby.
