I have one in my left shoulder from waiting tables....
My suggestion is to go get a massage...
full body and make sure you tell them exactly where it is, then they can spend more time on that area
... i promise.. its worth the money!!!!

Hey bro, i had a couple of really bad pinched nerves once. Id be walking and all of a sudden id hit the floor from then pain. I recommend seeing a chiropractor. Help me out big time! Also a good massage helps. good luck!

I just went to the doctor yesterday for what I thought was a pinched nerve in my lower back. Turned out to be back spasms. Its still painful. She gave me a massage while I was there and it helped alot.

No, I was hoping for a happy ending...supposedly there is a massage place about 10 minutes from my house that does body massages for $40 plus a happy ending

I've had two of them. They occurred 18 months, and 18 inches, apart. One at the top of my spine, and one at the base.

I got one yesterday in my upper back, RIGHT before a back workout. Didn't affect it, today is chest, so we'll see. Ammar, is your Doc a D.O? She must have done OMM on you.

i've been dealing with one for nearly a year- and its just now getting to where it doesnt effect my daily life... at first i sought a chiropractor- and at first it help, but only so much...
i just learned to deal with the pain. mine is in my lower back/hip so the pain runs down my leg and gives the sensation that it is asleep at times...
some friends have suggested going to a pain center where they will give cortisone shots- but that is also a temporary fix....
