    All Sports Nutrition

    Just got more of their Pro-Rated Protein...always great service and great prices. I have a question though, in my box that I received the protein in, there are little sample packets of crystal protein. Does anyone have any info on them?

    Hmmm Jason could probably answer this one a helluva lot better than me. When thye get new products they'll usually send out samples with orders....

    I just dont know how much protein is in them or anything. I went to the site but I couldnt figure it out there either.

    Well they are called protein crystals and they are made by urban biologics. They basically found a way to put a lot of protein in a tiny little condensed container. I personally don't like the taste nor the price of it. The wholesale for 10 little one serving containers is $20.99, I think that's about 20 grams of protein per serving.

    AMMAR - How do you like the Pro-Rated protein. I have been useing ON-whey and have been thinking of trying the Pro-Rated.
