How do you get HUNGRY???
Sometimes I just don't have any appetite at all. Due to stress at work or in school, it just sucks...anyone have any tips on something that stimulates your appetite....I do smoke pot a little bit here and there but I can only do that at night since I will fall asleep...

Well there goes my idea.... When i smoke i get the munchies. How about eating smaller portions but more often?

yeah...been trying that.....I think i'm just on chicken strike...I look at it and I just wanna punch its face........tell me how I can make my chicken good again??????????

Lot of mixed opinions on B-12 shots.But they work for me.Smaller portions help.I'm quite used to force feeding myself now,something you have to get used to I suppose.

I have been forcing it down...I swear after I eat it I just wanna take a dump..I think i'm just gonna eat more steak and fish for a while......I've eaten chicken everyday for the last 4 years.....seriously never missed a day...

I dont make myself hungry, i just eat weather im hungry or not, it seems as if i am turning into a machine...

I just feed myself when Im hungry, I feel alot better doing that then forcing food down, Eating when Im not hungry makes me feel gross anyways and i dont gain that much more either. Of course I go to visit Mary Jane on rest days when I want to eat that little bit extra. Give the B12 shots a try, they work for me as well.

sounds like the b12 might be the call.....I don't want to sound like an idiot but b12 is legal correct??? I've never used it.

I love tuna so much I am growing gills. As for the chicken, I have a cookbook just on chicken alone and it has some pretty darn good recipes.

when i'm really concentrating on my diet - i eat like it's medicine. every 3 hours, or i'll die...no matter how i'm feeling.
and use some variety - in foods, in spices, in sauces...do what you gotta do.

Take some eq and b12 shots...you won't have any problem eating..

I love to eat and I eat to grow.....I think i've just been really tired lately.....I like all the ideas guys
