    Life can be a kick in the BALLS!!

    I'm pissed off. I was having a great time this weekend at a concert and the next thing I know a guy from the mosh pit smokes me and I go flying, spraining my ankle and possibly breaking my wrist for the second time!! They can't tell right now due to the swelling, something about casting shadows on the exray, so I have to go back in a week and take the cast I have on now off to see what's up. The sh**ty part is my gear is on it's way and if my wrist is broken I get to stare at it for a couple months!! I guess I might be doing cardio for awhile, yeah. You got to love the irony of life sometimes!!

    If they suspect you broke your scaphoid bone will takes a few days before they can tell on the x-ray.

    The sh**ty part is is that that was the bone I broke before and it took three and a half months to heal and it's my dominate hand.

    Yep, that blows. Hopefully it's not the remote/beatoff wrist.

    When I broke my hand I took Glucosamine (sp?) and I think it helped speed up the healing process.

    I hope everything goes alright. I guess keep ice on it for the swelling. Maybe you just sprainged it really bad and not broke it. Good luck. Let us know what's going on. Take care ...

    very curious, was it casted that long?? or was that how long till you were able to lift. I'm currently on my 5th week of my scaphoid fracture of the dominant hand, doc said i may be ready by week 6 to come out.
