Is anyone challenging the ephedra ban in court? From what i have read they did a controlled study on ephedra and the study came out saying it is safe, but the FDA said that study was no good due to the fact it didnt include people with heart problems. According to the supplement act the FDA has to prove that the supplement is dangerous before it can ban it.
So is it being yanked because of people with heart problems?
It seems like an easy challenge?
