Newbie needs help with Steroids!

I have read your Educational Threads and it answered a lot of my questions.
But I have a problem, my chest is bigger on the left-hand side.
I went for x-rays and it revealed that my spine is bent and twisted.
According to my doctor there is nothing I can do to help my chest, accept surgery.
Is there some sort of steroid that I can use to help my right side of my chest to build faster?
If there is, how must I inject it, directly into my chest?

err hmm no you wouldnt inject into your chest, but if your lhs is bigger id just stick it out try changing your chest routine, that is presuming you train?

No such aas exists. If spot injections worked, I would actually have calves.
