burger spree worked
ok been on a test deca cycle currentley in week 9 about week 5 i stopped gainig weight. was stuck at 12 lbs so i kept eating like crazy about 4000cal protein and everything just right. so in the past week and 1/2 i put on 5 lb. well about week five started a thread on fast food while bulking and the response was fast food is bad. so i cut it out. while i'm sitting around wondering why i cant gain weight i remebered that i cut fast food. so i said f**k it and started to eat doulble cheeses burgers and jr whoppers at least every other day and bammmmm! gained five pounds. I know there is better ways to get more calories but i have a hectic scedule and sometimes it is hard to eat alot. I'm also not prone to holding a lot of fat unless i drink to much beer. but if you need to ad some cals to your diet maybe some burgers will work JMO.

Depends where you eat, during high school I worked at McDonalds, Dairy Queen and A&W.
I'd say the one that uses the freshest ingrediants is DQ, everything there is very fresh and comes right from the grocery supplier not like McD's they use an ungodly amount of preservatives to keep their stuff edible for as long as possible. A&W is in the middle. I don't think DQ would be too bad on a bulker, they don't even salt their fries.

I used to have a stomach of steel I could eat soooo much of anything. Now that I've been on this strict clean diet anytime I cheat - UGHHH I pay
