    d-bolls an lower back pain{disc}

    hey guys i have always had a lower back pain wen doin squats. but i thought it was just the a bombs. but i am done with that an my back is killing me wen i do squats. should i just stop squats or wat. i still do them but hell it kills me i just dont want to stuff my back up. it also pains wen i do hack squats
