Buddy's trying to cut up...help

I was talking to my buddy today and he was telling me that he wants to do a Deca -Winstrol cycle. He said that he wants to shed some BF and gain a little lean mass. I didn't know if the Deca-Winny was bad but I'd figure I'd ask you guys what he should do. He is 5'7'' 205lbs. Solid as a ****ing rock just has a little BF and doesn't have any definition. He will need some Testosterone . Deca and winstrol with no Test = BAD.

How much of each would you recommend? Ths is his first cycle by the way, he doesn't want to take too much Test because he doesn't want to gain more than 10 pounds. And how much Winny?

test prop-75mg's ed. or test enth 500mg a wk. winny should be preferably ed,but u probably can get away with eod.50mgs of winny.

1 - 4 D-bol 35mg ED
1 - 10 Cyp 400mg/wk
1 - 13 Nolvadex 10mg ED
1 - 13 L-dex .25mg ED

Start PCT 18 days after last Cyp injection
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 2 - 21 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 22 - 28 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
