    Liquid Clen??

    Oral administration only... Do I just swallow this stuff or put it under my tongue or anything special like that?

    the stuff I have actually tastes half way decent... i squirt it under my tongue and let it sit for about 30 seconds, then i swallow it. all i know is it hits me HARD after a few hours. get the major shakes!

    Good thing I asked because i took my first little dose today and just swallowed it... Then I got to thinking about under the tongue... So i guess thats the way to go

    it really doesnt matter as long as you ingest it orally. its a matter of personal preference.

    Ok i guess im in the clear for today... I'll try both ways and see which one hits me better... I'm just starting to get warm now.
