What supplements, vitamins and minerals do u guys use when on cycle?
Just curious to see what everyone uses when on cycle?
I myself use 20g of glutamine per day
1 multi vitamin
Amino 2000 3pills 3 times daily
3g vitamin c per day
What do you guys usually use and what dose?

multivitamins, vit c, efa (flax), glutamine sometimes and b6 sometimes
and i was considering getting some b5 powder, incase of acne...creatine while on slin, whats the reason for that?

Tribulus
Flax
Multi V
Dextrose
Creatine----near end of cycle
Hmmm, I guess thats about it. I have never been a fan of glutamine, I have gotten good results with the above, plus some extras.

i find the aminos give ya a good pump in the gym when there flowing through ya..
also through PCT should you up the intake of vitamins? i was thinking more vitamins and minerals may help keep your gains.. every little bit helps :P

For everyone that posted...why take b-6 when on Deca ? Is that to help keep your appetite up? Also what is good about taking tribulus? Also for both of those how much should you take?

Thanks for the info Magic...how much b-12 should be taken a day? Also is it necessary to take b-6 if you are gonna run clomid? Do u happen to know anything about tribulus?

When I do my cycle its gonna be
Multi
Chromium
Flax
Amino Acid pills
Glutamine
Vitamin C
B5 (for acne)
B12 injections for appetite
Milk Thistle during Dbol
and of course my prescriptions, Minocycline and Allegra... F*CKING ALLERGIES

B6 oral deca progesterone sides
Tribulis keep the boys from going on vacation
Niacin for HDL levels
Policosinol 2 differnet pills for HDL levels
EFA and Flax Sed oil gel caps
antioxidanants
Nolva
L-Dex
Clomid (PCT)
Multi vit
None of this stuff is cheap.
Oh.. I wont post my prices paid so somebody can tell me I overpaid then someon else flame them for bragging about prices
