I think your thinking of yohimbe not yohimburn. Yohimburn is a spot fat treatment that I heard mixed reviews about. Some say it works others say its crap.

the ES really doesn't do anything more than the DF. both temporarily remove some water from the site applied, but it comes back.

as far as localized fat loss, only cardio and a good diet will make you lose from trouble areas.

i have gotten ok results from it, but then again with a strict diet and high volumes of cardio, the yohimburn really isn't necessary.
