    what do you think about this...???

    i've begun my bulking (eating a **** load, or more than my reg 2 meals a day) and i was wondering what ya'll thought about this. bulk for two weeks, and starve, (eat alot less) for one) btw i am going to start my first cycle within 2 weeks, so shi$, should i just eat or (bulk) now before my cycle? im lost...
    any help would be sweet, thanks bros.

    cycle would be test enth 500 1-10 \eq 300 1-10

    I don't see a point in bulking for two weeks then starving. I am constantly bulking and the only thing I do is low carn and high protein every 4th day. On all the other days I am eating tons of carbs and about 300g of Protein. BUT REMEMBER- that is what works for me. What r your goals.

    YOu may see a better response in the diet forum... JMO

    I don't see the benefit. Oh yeah, if U run EQ, You need to run it for at least 12 weeks

    If you want to grow you have to eat **** loads of food. You are either cutting or bulking. trying to do both is not favorable. You dont get the most out of either goal.
    what people end up doing trying to stay lean while growing is never really get big.

    At the least I would bulk for a month and cut for a month and so on. At the least. You should bulk for 6 months, cut for 6 months, then maintain bulking for a year all while researching what you're thinking of doing ... and then try a cycle. Considering you're 19 and all.

    You are so right. He always spots it. I usually don't think to check the profile unless something gets suspicious.

    I've noticed oral only cycle questions and underage members seem to go hand in hand, I will start checking myself.
