frequency of training
Hey guys, in my 5th week of test e and deca and was wondering how often should you train a muscle per week, i mean: lets say i bench on monday and thursday i feel like im ready again............ just wondering if i should train with the same amount of rest when not on steroids ????? maybe one body part per week????? I just feel like i heal over nite...........

do them twice a week my opinion i'm gonna try
monday- chest am cardio in the after noon and back pm
tuesday legs whenever wake up
wednesday shoulders am cardio afternoon and arms pm. then rest day and repeat

try doing the same muscle every 4th or 5th day...thats going heavy

I do each body part an hour a day. Monday-Chest for 1 hour
tuesday-back for 1 hour
and so on.

monday-chest tris
tuesday-back traps
wednesday-legs
thursday-upper chest, shoulders
rest ONE DAY. and repeat.
dont rest 2 days or 3 or 4 cuzz you read in flex magazine that you need just as much time to recover as you do to train. get your ass back in the gym and keep working. theres no reason taking a 10 hour sleep tonight if you didnt do anything to deserve it.

I train each muscle twice a week. Chest Tri on Monday, Back-bi on Tuesday and Shoulders tris on Wednesday. Then I do legs on Sundays.

Forgot to add...Monday same as thurs- etc. And on wednesday its shoulders and traps not tris

i train every bodypart every 4 or 5 days.

I could train my chest, bi and tri 2 times per week. But for back and legs I need 4-5 days to rest.

i train my tris and i need like 4-5 days rest for it, cuz i do tris by themselves on a seperate day

thanks guys, ive been lifting like crazy and i was worried about overtrianing, i guess just hit em hard and if u need a day off then take one...............
