i am new i have used steriods before, i am thinking of going on growth how much should i buy and what should i use it with, and finlly what gains should i expect

i would say go to the steroid profiles in the homepage. read about them, you'll find out everything you'll need to know there. then pick a cycle and post it so you can get some opinions.
