I read that 20mg/ed of lasix will reduce swelling around the nipples.but to be honest with you.i also had the same problem until recently.i dropped from 275# to presently 247# and the puffy nips are completely gone.it was just a fat deposite.i wish i did this along time ago,i would have sworn i had gyno.but now they are completely flat around the nipple.i'm willing to bet your bf is around 20%,give or take.i am at 9% now and they look great.i couldnt be more pleased.....diet and cardio and i have been running 20mg nolva for the last 7 weeks with cycle...goodluck

would this be stupid is to go to a plastic surgeon and have them look at it, since i dont know if it is gyno or not really but i do know that there are fat deposits around my nipple like in a circle ,.. would that be a smart idea and see if u can do surgery on it or no.,

If loosing %BF isn't in the cards...then...ultrasonic liposuction will get rid of it.

i dont know how it works scientifically, but i guess logically if it makes a hemmoroid*(nice spelling) smaller itll make a nipple smaller too.
a tube is 5.89 @ savon just buy it and try it. worst case senario , you waste 6 bucks and look like a fool buying ass cream

does the fat deposits dissapear when u put prep h on it, or what ... and do you think i need to go see a plastic surgeon if i have excess of fat around nip and have lots of fat deposits around nip. what should i do.

i have the same problem bro.. i've tired prep H but it helped reduce the puffiness just a bit.. i'm gonna give yohimburn a try next. If you really dislike it then see your plastic surgeon. and make sure if you get it done that they remove the mammary gland as well as the fat. then you'll never have to worry about gyno again

I know ppl who have used yohimburn and it worked on their nipples. But it does not work for gyno, if u have hard tissue under ur nipple then ur ****ed, the only way to get rid of that is surgery, but if the tissue is really soft and lets say u got it during puberty that it can be treated with yohimburn, dont expect to see results for a while tho, use atleast 2 bottles of it. type yohimburn in google search and u can buy it for 69 dollars while its on sale. i also have puffy nipples but i came to a point where i just dont give a ****, but i will admit at first it made me depressed, but who gives a **** if sum guy is checking out ur nipples plz knock him the fizuck out for me. Also do extra upper chest work outs, it will rasie the skin around ur nipple as ur chest develops, another slow process but it works

also do you think the plastic surgeon would know if a person has gyno or not. or a small case if so surgery would be the best to get rid of this.
?

I just got my Yohimburn today...I had recently tried letro with very minimal results..I think that my chest is more fat then a gyno issue..So today I put 2 pumps on each side of my chest, so far the burn on my chest is feeling pretty good like its on fire lol..Ill keep you guys updated on my progress.

I have the same problem with puffy nips too, im almost sure its fat because i found pictures of me 2 years ago, before any cycles, and i can see it if i know what im looking for. Best thing to do is try the prep H, its only 6 bucks, and try to diet down for a couple months. This should give you a good taste to see if it is fat or not.

A doc can give you his opinion on the puffiness. I would think a blood test is in order to determine estrogen levels. Unless someone is fairly overweight, I would doubt that the puffiness is fat deposits. I am inclined to look towards estrogen and gland swelling.

yohimburn will help with fat.
Yohimburn may help with puffyness. (there are other causes, hence the "may)
NOTE- you really need to run a calorie deficit, to see good results.
running an aromatase inhibitor concurrently may also help.
