Temperature is low
I'm on week 7 of sust/eq and I'm about to start my t3 in a week or so. I have felt a little fluish lately so I have been taking my temp during the day and for the last 4 days my normal temp has been hovering around 96. That is low, and it's always right around there. Today is the first day I took my bbt, and when I woke up it was at 97.2 (better), but when I got up and moved around and came back and took it just for the hell of it, I was at 95.8. Why would this be. I was never like this before... what does this mean in relation to starting my t3? Someone shed some light for me... Mallet maybe?

t3 could, and in many cases does, lower body temps b/c natural thyroid function decreases. Mine raised for a day then dropped twice in a row, which is a definite sign to stop.
